  • Offer a wide variety of healthy foods for children to choose from.

  • Include healthy snacks (low in fat, salt, and sugar) between meals.

  • Discuss with management before bringing foods into Small Sprouts for your child.

Meal Catering at Small Sprouts

We provide nutritious meals for your child throughout the day including catering for special dietary requirements. You are welcome to bring your child’s breakfast if they are here early.

Transition to School

When your child turns four, we will work with you to start Lunch Box Fridays. We understand that this transition can be both exciting and challenging for children and having familiar routines like using a lunchbox (even just once a week) can help ease the transition. By providing a lunchbox, you can help ease the transition. By providing a lunchbox, you can help our child become accustomed to packing and unpacking their own meals, fostering independence and readiness for school. We are happy to accommodate children’s meals in their own meals in their lunchboxes as they prepare to transition to school.
